Dr. Lisa Cassileth is a pioneer in plastic surgery, founding The Practice over 20 years ago to redefine patient care. She is board-certified in plastic surgery, Ivy-League trained at the University of Pennsylvania, and served as the first female Chief of Plastic Surgery at Cedars Sinai Medical Center for two consecutive terms.

Dr. Kelly Killeen is a double board-certified plastic surgeon renowned for her expertise in breast revision and cosmetic surgery. She received her medical degree from Loma Linda University and completed her residency in plastic surgery at Oregon Health & Science Hospital in Portland, where she served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Beina Azadgoli is a board-certified plastic surgeon with a passion for facial aesthetics, specializing in rhinoplasty, deep plane facelift, and blepharoplasty. She also specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive breast and body procedures. Dr. Azadgoli earned her medical degree and completed her plastic surgery residency at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.

The Practice now offers urogynecology and menopause care, led by double board-certified urogynecologist Dr. Rebecca Lane.
